Job Responsibilities

• Documentation & Reporting: Utilize Procore to manage schedules, budgets, and communication. Prepare detailed progress and financial reports.
• Project Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor project teams, including foreman, installers, and field staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
• Budget & Cost Control: Develop and monitor project budgets, manage costs, and approve invoices and change orders. Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve discrepancies.
• Problem Solving: Anticipate project challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
  • REQUIRED: Proficiency in Procore software.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within plumbing, construction, or related field.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing and medical gas systems operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel to job sites as required.
